• You can customize the product with any image or photo. For the best results, please use a high-resolution vertical image at least 1000*1000

• Customization processing time takes approximately 25 to 30 business days after we confirm the design

• Returns are accepted within 45 days of the item's delivery date (excluding custom items, mystery boxes, and styles marked 'Final Sale').
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. Items that have been washed, worn beyond trying on, altered, or returned without tags will not be eligible for a refund. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
• We will cover the return shipping cost for U.S. addresses only.
