Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order.  Track Order

• Returns are accepted within 45 days of the item's delivery date (excluding custom items, mystery boxes, and styles marked 'Final Sale').
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. Items that have been washed, worn beyond trying on, altered, or returned without tags will not be eligible for a refund. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
• We will cover the return shipping cost for U.S. addresses only.
