I am more than excited to write this review. I received my shirt yesterday in the mail and it was all of what I expected and anticipated. After purchasing this item I read the reviews and some of the negative reviews got me a bit fired up and I was then skeptical of the product. However, whoever writes poorly of this company must not be good at navigating or expressing their needs and have unreasonable expectations. First off their product is of high quality and super nice. The shirts comes nicely packaged, in it its own zip lock protected pocket and comes with a few additional items, which are sort of cool.
I do have to write that the shipping can be frustrating as the package seems to wait at the distribution center. This was frustrating though I was not exercising patience. Out of my own frustration I reached out and both Jenny and Amy were quick to address my concern about receiving my shirt on timely. They were very responsive and attentive to my concern and my need to have the shirt on time. The simple fix for shipping is to reach out and share your need with them and it seems they will make it happen. Once I reached out to Amy and Jenny, next thing I new the package was moving along and I received my shirt it time for my event. These two support staff were wonderful to work through.
This company will be my go to when looking for a shirt for a special occasion or I simply need to add a shirt to my wardrobe. I am super stoked to be writing this review as I was not sure how it would all turn out. With simple clear, polite and respectful communication I believe this company will address your needs and concerns., I give this company 5+ stars for sure.
