I grew up near the coast, which was a big inspiration for drawing, painting, and crafting. As a teenager, it was such a great passion that I took private art lessons for some years, learning to draw and paint with pastels, ink, watercolours, and charcoal. After graduating in graphic design successfully, I continued to enrol in art school. In my work, you will find many nostalgic references to vintage design and childhood memories but also nature, food, everyday life, and travelling (mostly to Japan). As an artist, it is my goal to bring joy to everyday life with my designs. When someone tells me they felt something looking at my design, or they had a happy memory because of it, I could not be happier.
