We offer free standard shipping over $99 USD (excl. Puerto Rico), free express over $260 USD (US only, excl. Puerto Rico).

• Standard shipping – delivered in 8–12 business days · $9 USD
• Express shipping – delivered in 5–7 business days · $18 USD
  
• 3-Day shipping (US) – delivered in 2–3 business days · from $30 USD

Puerto Rico (U.S. Territory):

• Standard shipping – $9 USD
• Express shipping – $37 USD

No delivery to military bases—use another address.

Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order. Track Order

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 1 business day of processing time and 8-12 business days of shipping time (standard shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 9-13 business days.

Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Delays in international shipping may occur due to external conditions. If your order is affected, please contact us at service@yiume.com. We will follow up with the carrier promptly. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
