- Most products ship within 1 business day unless otherwise stated. Please note that pre-sale items, customized items, and women's blouses and bottoms require an additional 7–14 business days for processing.

- We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of the delivery date, except for custom items, mystery boxes, and styles marked “Final Sale.”

- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached. Items that have been washed, worn beyond trying on, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags are not eligible for a refund.
- If a return is made for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will vary depending on the shipping carrier and service selected.
- If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item due to an error on our part, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

- Refunds are issued based on the eligible merchandise value of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and sales tax are not included in the refundable amount unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Items that do not meet the above return requirements will not be eligible for a refund.

- Please note: Custom items, mystery boxes, and any styles marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Make Your Return
Two ways:
①Recommend: Apply for an exchange or a return in the user center of the online store. Or you can log in directly to this page: Easy Return.
②Send us an exchange or a return request with your order number by the email to which you placed the order. (Emails send to: service@yiume.com.)

- We will review your request within 24 hours.
- You will get a return label/address after the review has been approved.
- If you want an exchange: Once the exchange request is passed, we will send you the product you want immediately.
- If you want a refund: After we receive your returned products, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund. *We will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Kind reminder
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
